We drove over to the Magic Kingdom for a day and had a BLAST! I love Disney. We got there when it opened and planned to leave whenever Andrew (or Bailey) started falling apart. Well, we left when it closed...11PM. He made it the WHOLE day. No nap. Waiting in lines. High 90’s. I love Disney!
Waiting for the welcome show!

Meeting some characters!

Bailey has been into Toy Story lately so it was fun to meet Woody. And all Andrew cared about meeting was Pluto. I am glad we were able to make it happen! We were glad to meet some new characters. Elastigirl, aka Mrs. Incredible, was cool too!

Stage Show– Bailey loves a show. She would have been happy just watching them over and over all day. (We did let her see it twice!) Last summer the stage show was closed to create a new one. I miss the old one….it had Maleficent. Bailey likes the new one…it has Frozen.

The Rides – Bailey was finally tall enough for Space Mountain. She rode it twice and decided she didn’t like it. Her favorite for sure is still Thunder Mountain. Throughout the day we would spit up so Bailey could get in all the big ones and would come back together to hit up the smaller rides too. The Speedway cars are definitely the most hilarious. Bailey was laughing at herself so much she didn’t even have her hands on the wheel!!

Andrew delcared “that was awesome” after each ride. His first roller coaster was the Barnstormer and he loved it. It was so “pun!” Thinking back to his favorites, he just loved it all. He wasn’t going to let Bailey do something without him! He did so well waiting in lines (I don’t think we ever had to wait more than 20 minutes). He didn’t care for the really dark parts of the rides, but got over it as the day went on. Later in the afternoon we even all went to the Haunted Mansion and he was laughing the whole time! OooooHHHhh Ghosts!

Another favorite of this trip was the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. It was closed last year and was a fun “new” ride for us.

Wishes Fireworks! That is Andrew when we got to the car. He was awake when we got off the Monorail – but just couldn’t make it across the parking lot to the car. He was a trooper! Bailey woke up the next morning at 6:15AM and asked if we could go back. HA! Then she went back to bed and woke up at 10!
Did I say, I love Disney?!
