January came and went without too much excitement. The weather was in the 70’s a lot during the weekdays and then cooler and rainy on the weekends…bummer. Here are a few things we did!
1. Zoo – BJ and Bailey did the Sky-High Safari climbing tower. They basically had it to themselves due to the rain that was about to pour down! This was Bailey’s first time and she wasn’t scared at all!
They did the climbing wall too!
2. Baby Boy – We had a couple appointments and got to see the baby at our 32 week appointment. Bailey and Grandma got to come too. He was 4 lbs and 6 oz and “right on track.” We didn’t get any good 3D photos because his hand was over his face. Bailey is imitating him! That is his foot/knee/leg up by his nose too. I guess he is a flexible guy!
3. Snowy morning – One Saturday we woke up to a dusting of snow and everyone thought it was the big time!
That’s our snowman….pretty pathetic, but we tried!
4. Horse Show – Last Saturday Ohio State was visiting the Gamecocks so we headed over to check it out. The kids are always more interested in looking around the barns than actually watching much of the event! The teams are always so nice to let us interact with the horses. Bailey got to feed it a carrot!
5. Andrew had his first trip to the dentist – He did so well! He was great for the hygientist but wasn’t too sure about the actual dentist. Although every time she took her little tools out of his mouth he did ask if she was done yet! ha! He probably asked 35 times!
6. Play time! A typical evening has Andrew playing crane truck and Bailey playing school. Day after day after day.
oh, and dress up too!
